What happens if I cancel?
The short answer
Cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. We commit to export your customer list for you, and to delete the data 30 days after cancellation. The cards in your customers' wallets will show that the program has ended. The stand, if you bought one, stays yours and keeps leading to Google.
What happens, step by step

| At the end of the period | The cards in your customers' wallets update to show that the program has ended, and you get an email about it. |
| Up to 30 days after | You can ask for the customer list as a file. After that the data is deleted. |
Refunds
Cancelling within 14 days of purchase, before the setup has been done, gives a full refund. Beyond that there is no partial refund for a paid period. The full details are in the cancellation policy.
