These terms apply to the purchase of a Shortip subscription and to the purchase of a review stand from Joya-Tech. An order on the site requires ticking a box confirming that you have read these terms and the Cancellation Policy and that you agree to them. These terms are addressed to business owners, and the Hebrew original is written in the masculine form for convenience only.
The engagement under these terms is intended for adult business owners (over the age of 18) who are authorised to bind their business. We do not contract with minors; if it turns out that the registration was made by a minor without a guardian’s consent, the engagement is void, and we will cancel the subscription and refund any payment we collected for it.

2. What is sold
A Shortip subscription, billed monthly or annually, is the only product that can be purchased on the site. The subscription includes:
- A branded digital business card, a portal for the business owner, alerts about new reviews, and a QR studio. These work today.
- Looking after the Google profile, for those who connected the profile. We do not write replies to reviews on behalf of the business.
- Loyalty club: a punch card in the phone’s wallet, a scanning app for the staff, customer tracking, setting up the club in personal coordination, a counter sign, and an explanation card for the staff. The club is new and is now opening to the first businesses. We undertake to set it up for every subscriber, in coordination with them.
The service is provided to businesses operating in Israel only.
A Google review stand is not purchased on the site. Its purchase is arranged directly with Gal, because it is physically installed at the business.
Coming soon, and not part of the subscription today: an SMS campaign to club members (sending promotions and updates to all club members who agreed to receive messages, directly from the portal; message packages are purchased separately). It is not sold now, and it should not be regarded as a commitment.
3. Prices and payment
- The price is the price shown on the order page at the moment of ordering. Prices are shown before VAT, together with the VAT and the total amount.
- Payment is made by credit card, on a secure page of Morning (Green Invoice), via Grow. We do not see or store the card details.
- The subscription renews automatically every month, or every year on the annual plan, and is charged to the same means of payment, until it is cancelled.
- The first charge is made on the day of the order. After that the subscription renews every month on the same day of the month, and on the annual plan on the same date every year. A subscription ordered on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month renews on the 28th.
- Charges are by credit card only, in a single payment, with no split into instalments.
- If the price changes, we will give notice of it by email 30 days in advance. Until then the existing price remains in effect, and you can cancel at no cost.
- For every charge, Morning (Green Invoice) issues a tax invoice/receipt and sends it to the email address given in the order.
4. Cancelling the subscription
These terms are addressed to dealers purchasing for the needs of their business, and not to a “consumer” as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, whose statutory cancellation rights apply to a purchase for personal use. The terms below are our cancellation policy, no less than what the law requires, even if it does not apply directly.
Cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid.
- Cancellation within 14 days of purchase, when setup has not yet been carried out, entitles you to a full refund.
- Beyond that there is no pro rata refund for a period already paid.
How to cancel, and what happens with the payment, is set out in the Cancellation Policy.
5. What happens after cancellation
These are our commitments to you:
- We will export your list of club members for you, at your request.
- 30 days after the cancellation takes effect, we will delete the information about your club members.
- The punch cards in your customers’ wallets will show that the programme has ended.
- The stand, if you bought it, remains yours, and continues to lead straight to Google.
6. The review stand
- The stand is supplied and installed at your business in personal coordination. Details are in the Delivery Policy.
- Warranty: 12 months for a manufacturing or chip defect. The warranty does not cover breakage, physical damage or loss.
- Cancelling the purchase of a stand: before branding and installation, a full refund. After branding there is no refund, because the stand is made to fit the business.
- The stand remains yours even if the subscription ends, and continues to lead straight to Google.
7. Your responsibility as the business owner
- The benefits you promise your customers in the club are your commitment to them. We provide the tool, not the benefit.
- The content you publish on the business card and in messages to customers is your responsibility.
- It is forbidden to give a benefit, stamp or reward in exchange for a Google review. Google forbids this, and we do not build the system that way.
- Messages to customers are sent only to club members who agreed to receive messages.
8. Information about your customers
The information about club members belongs to your business, and you are its controller. We hold it on your behalf and use it only to operate the service. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and liability
We make an effort for the service to work at all times, but faults and interruptions may occur, including at suppliers we rely on (hosting, Google, Apple). We will update you about a significant fault and deal with it as soon as possible.
Our total liability to you, on any cause of action whatsoever, is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the three months preceding the event. We will not bear liability for indirect or consequential damage or loss of profit. Nothing in this section limits liability in the case of gross negligence or malicious intent, to the extent the law forbids limiting it.
10. Product liability
- Shortip is a software service: a loyalty club in the phone’s wallet, a digital business card and a portal for the business owner. The stand is a physical product that leads to the business card or to the Google review form.
- We, and anyone acting on our behalf, are not liable for damage caused to you or to your business by the use of the service or the stand, or by the inability to use them, beyond the liability set out in section 9 and the stand warranty in section 6.
- The figures in the portal, such as reviews, card visits and Google searches, are shown as received from Google and other suppliers, and for information only. They are not business, marketing or legal advice, and decisions made on the basis of them are the responsibility of the business.
- We do not promise a number of reviews, a rating, a position in search results, or a number of customers who will return.
- Google, Apple and the other platforms the service relies on operate according to their own rules, and may change them. We are not responsible for their decisions, for example the removal of a review or a change to the business’s Google profile.
- The stand is intended for use inside the business, on a counter or surface. We are not liable for damage caused by use other than for this purpose.
11. Changes to the terms
If we change the terms, we will update the date at the top of the page, and we will give notice of a material change by email to subscribers before it applies.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the courts in Haifa.
