Where is my customers' data stored?
The short answer
The data is stored with well-known cloud providers, encrypted in transit, and each business sees only its own customers. The database is hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). The site itself is hosted on Vercel.
Who sees the data
- You see your own business's customers, and only them.
- Employees see in the scanner what they need to stamp: the customer's name and their card.
- A note about a customer, if you wrote one, stays with you in the portal. The customer does not see it.
What the customer can do with their data
The customer is in control of their card: they can delete it, or ask not to receive marketing. Before deleting, they see exactly what they lose, such as the visits they collected.
