We do not send parcels by post. Everything physical reaches you by hand, in personal coordination.
Review stand
- The stand is installed at your business, on a date we coordinate with you.
- Service areas: Haifa, the Krayot, the Jezreel Valley and the north. Outside the area, by prior arrangement.
- Delivery time: up to 7 business days from payment, with personal installation and by prior arrangement.
- There is no shipping or installation fee beyond the price of the stand.
Subscription and loyalty club
- There is no installation fee. Setup is included in the subscription.
- Setting up the club: up to 3 business days from receipt of payment and of the business details.
- The counter sign and the explanation card for the staff are handed to you at the setup meeting.
Warranty, defect or damage
- Warranty on the stand: 12 months for a manufacturing or chip defect. The warranty does not cover breakage, physical damage or loss.
- During the warranty period, a defective stand is replaced at no cost, within 7 business days of the request.
- If the law gives you a broader right in relation to a defective product, the right under the law prevails.
