Loyalty card for bakeries, a digital punch card with no app
The short answer
A Shortip loyalty card for a bakery is a digital punch card in the phone wallet: the customer collects visits and gets a gift you choose. There is no app to download, and the staff member stamps it from their own phone with one tap.

What is special about bakeries
- On Friday mornings it is busy, and the counter has to move fast.
- Regular customers buy bread several times a week, and you have no way to know who they are.
- On holidays the bakery is closed or open at different hours, and customers need to know.
How Shortip works for you
- The staff member scans the card and presses the button. The customer forgot their phone? Find them by number.
- After every visit the card in the wallet updates and shows how many visits are left to the gift.
- "Closed today" reaches the card in the wallet, once a day, in your own words.
- You can give a few visits as a gift when a customer joins, so they start closer to the reward.
- In the portal you see who joined last month and came back, and who did not.

Do my employees need a business phone?
No. Every employee stamps from their own phone. You can also keep one phone at the counter, and each employee picks their own name.
How do I tell customers we are closed for a holiday?
Write a service message in the portal, like "Closed today", and it reaches the card in the wallet. One a day.
Can I send customers special offers?
Marketing messages go only to club members who agreed to receive them, and we do not offer marketing SMS.
