Is there a minimum commitment?
The short answer
There is no commitment beyond the period you paid for. Cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
How the subscription renews
The subscription renews automatically every month, or every year on the yearly plan, and is charged to the same payment method until you cancel it. The first charge is made on the day of the order.
What happens if you cancel
- The loyalty club keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- Cancelling within 14 days of purchase, before the setup has been done, gives a full refund.
- Beyond that there is no partial refund for a paid period.
- Your customer list stays yours, and you can export it to a file.
