What does the customer see on the loyalty card?
The short answer
A card in the wallet in your business's design, showing how many visits they collected and how many are left to the gift. From the card they open a personal page with all their visits, gifts, their pace to the next gift and the business details.
In the wallet
After every visit the card updates, and a short line tells them how many are left. When you write a service message in the portal, like "Closed today", it reaches the card, up to once a day.
On the personal page
- How many visits they have, what they already received, and when the next gift is.
- Their pace: "At your pace, the gift is in about a week".
- The business address, today's hours, call and directions.
- A link to join that they can send to a friend.
- In the birthday month, a reminder of the reward you set.
- An option to delete the card or ask for no marketing.
If you have two punch cards, for example coffee and pastry, the customer sees both on the same card and swipes between them.
