How does a prepaid package work?
The short answer
A package, like ten classes or treatments, counts down with every visit. It opens only when you confirm that the customer paid, and the payment itself does not go through Shortip.

Who confirms payment
- You, from your own phone, always.
- An employee, only if you turned the option on for the business and also gave them personal permission. At first it is off.
- Joining, a visit, or a move from a paper punch card never opens a package.
In the portal you see who is about to finish a package, so you can remind them at the counter. The customer sees on the card how many units are left.
