How does the digital business card work?
The short answer
The digital business card is one page for your business, with links, a menu, questions and photos. It is included in the subscription, and people reach it from a QR code, an NFC stand or a link.
What is on the card
- Your business's important links, in one place.
- A menu, frequently asked questions and photos.
- A message at the top of the card, like "Closed for the holiday", in your own words.
- A QR code of the card to print.
Customer feedback
You can choose a direct button to a Google review, or ask for a rating first. Even with the second option, Google is always offered for every rating. A customer who was bothered by something can write to you directly, and in the portal you see the ratings customers confirmed on the card, the average and the breakdown.
How it differs from a regular business card
A printed card runs out, and you cannot update it. The digital business card is updated from the portal, and whoever opens it sees the latest version.
