1. About the website
shortip.co.il is the website of Shortip, a loyalty club platform for small businesses by Joya-Tech (Gal Sasson, licensed dealer (Osek Murshe) 305161747). On the website you can read about the service, see prices and order a subscription.
2. Accessibility policy
We see accessibility as part of the service. The website was built so that people with disabilities can also read it, navigate it and order on it by themselves, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and the accessibility regulations for services.
3. Level of conformance
The website was built according to Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG guidelines, at level AA.
4. What has been done on the website
- An orderly heading structure, and each page declares its own language: Hebrew and Arabic right to left, English left to right.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clear indication of the element in focus, and a “skip to content” link at the start of every page.
- Contrast of at least 4.5:1 between text and background, in every colour that carries text.
- Alternative text for every image that conveys information. The product screenshots are described in words.
- In the order form every field has a label, and error messages are read out to screen readers.
- For anyone who asked their device to reduce motion, the animations on the website stop.
- The website is adapted to phones, and you can enlarge the text on it up to 200% without losing content.
- There is no video or audio on the website.
5. Known gaps
The following parts are not fully accessible as of the date this statement was updated:
- Product screenshots: they are images. Their description in alternative text is shortened, and the full information appears in the text next to them.
- Testing with a screen reader: the website has not yet been fully tested with NVDA or VoiceOver.
- The payment page: the payment itself is made on the Morning (Green Invoice) website, and its accessibility is their responsibility.
